With 30 years of business success and experience behind us the team here at Hawes are happy with what we’ve achieved with our skip hire business. After all we’ve become one of the leading skip hire companies since we entered that market in 1980 and watched it grow to the current level where we have an inventory of 1,000 skips. Hawes Recycling was the next natural step from just dealing with waste removal and going directly into waste management and as of July 2011 Hawes are now recycling all our own waste.
Our license and facilities allow us to recycle up to 50,000 tonnes of waste each year and of that volume we actually recycle more than 80% of the material that comes our way which means that far less waste goes to incineration or landfill every single year. Because we can handle such a high volume of material we also offer our recycling service to other waste management companies in the UK.
